Notice of Voluntary Electronic Case Filing, U.S. Court of Appeals, Eleventh Circuit
Effective January 1, 2012, attorneys may file documents electronically in pending appeals in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, subject to specified requirements and exceptions.
