Clinic Materials


Clinics provide excellent opportunities for pro bono attorneys to meet one-on-one with low-income individuals in the community. Typically volunteers provide advice and consultation, direct representation and/or education/outreach services. Clinics can be general in nature or targeted to a particular legal need or client group.

The 2010 National Celebration of Pro Bono featured diverse strategies to effectively engage volunteers with clients in a clinical setting. Below are materials for two types of clinics held in Alabama during the 2010 celebration. These materials include a planning timeline to get you started sample flyers and news releases to publicize your event and materials to record and track the services you provided.
