In addition to this multi-state relief effort, the Alabama State Bar Young Lawyers Section, working with local FEMA representatives, will be providing free legal information to victims and families in the aftermath of the hurricane damage in Alabama. The Alabama State Bar is also working with the Mississippi and Louisiana State Bars to coordinate efforts to create a registry of free office space to be made available for use by displaced attorneys from these states. This will enable them to resume providing service to their clients as soon as possible.
