Pro Hac Vice Fee IncreasePro Hac Vice Fee Increase
Per order of the Supreme Court of Alabama, the Pro Hac Vice fee will increase to $300 per applicant, per case. The new fee will be implemented beginning with all applications filed after January 1, 2008.
