Conrad graduated magna cum laude from the University of Mississippi School of Law in 2007, as well as magna cum laude from the University of Mississippi with a degree in Political Science in 2003. At Balch & Bingham Conrad’s area of practice is Litigation.
Conrad handles most any type of lawsuit and prefers those most likely getting him into the courtroom. He frequently represents banks and other financial institutions in business disputes with individuals, corporations and other industry members. He also represents owners, general contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers in payment disputes. He has defended product manufacturers, homeowners, employers, and electrical utilities in a variety of personal injury matters. He is a member of the Volunteer Lawyers Program and the Birmingham Bar Association where he has co-chaired several events and will be the chair of the Community Education Committee in 2014. He is a graduate of Future Leaders Forum and is involved with the state bar’s Litigation and Young Lawyers Sections, as well as the American Bar Association’s Litigation Section. His business and professional organizations include Alabama Defense Lawyers Association, Defense Research Institution, and American Inns of Court. Conrad is involved with Legal Services Alabama, Knights of Columbus, Better Basics – Ready-2-Read Program, Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church, and is a board member for Alabama Classic Foundation.
