Nathan graduated from Washington and Lee University School of Law, cum laude in 2005 and from Millsaps College, magna cum laude, in 2001. Nathan is a partner at his firm and is admitted to the Mississippi and New York bars also.
Nathan’s practice consists of 75% plaintiff's personal injury, consumer, and small business representation. His practice has included favorable verdicts up to $450,000, and favorable settlements in the multimillion dollar range. Additionally his practice consists of substantial class action and MDL representation, including class and MDL work involving anti-trust, securities, and agribusiness disputes, including expert discovery work on behalf of all Plaintiffs in In Re: Genetically Modified Rice, which resulted in a $750 million settlement for rice farmers. The remaining portion of his practice consists of local defense and localized general practice. Nathan’s bar involvement includes the Young Lawyers Section executive committee, president of the Third Judicial Circuit Bar Association, former board of governors of the American Association for Justice and having membership in the American Bar Association, Montgomery County Trial Lawyers, and the Alabama Association for Justice. His community involvement includes the Bullock County Board of Education, City of Union Springs Recreation Board, First United Methodist Church, Bullock County Children’s Policy Council member, Bullock County Social Justice Foundation, Tourism Council of Bullock County and City Attorney for Union Springs.
