Brandon was awarded the Alabama Federal Tax Clinic Edward M. Selfe Scholarship prior to graduating with a Juris Doctorate from the University of Alabama School of Law in 2004. He received his LL.M. in Taxation with honors from Northwestern University School of Law in 2005 and well as his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Samford University in 2001. Brandon is a partner at Armbrecht Jackson practicing in Taxation, Oil and Gas, Trust and Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Administration, Business Organizations, and Real Estate. He worked as an adjunct professor at the University of Mobile in 2012 teaching Advanced Federal Taxation.
At Armbrech Jackson, Brandon drafts will, living wills, powers of attorney, employment agreements, loan agreements, assists with estate planning, etc. He is currently the vice president of the Alabama State Bar’s Young Lawyers Section. He is involved with the Tax Section of the Alabama State Bar and the American Bar Association. He is secretary of the John M. Will Memorial Scholarship Foundation, USA Children’s and Women’s Hospital Development Advisory Council and Big Brothers/Big Sisters.
