Three statewide associations, the Medical Association of the State of Alabama, the Alabama State Bar, and the Alabama Hospital Association, with support from the Alabama Public Health Department and the Alabama Organ Center, have developed an exciting opportunity to deliver an important health care message to all Alabamians.

LIFEPLAN is a statewide campaign to encourage people to discuss health care wishes with their families and document them now, rather than during a crisis.
