Tara T. Shuffitt | Paralegal/Investigator

Tara joined the Alabama State Bar as a Paralegal/Investigator for the Office of General Counsel in 2023. Tara will assist General Counsel Roman Shaul and Assistant General Counsel Autumn Caudell. She previously worked at Copeland, Franco, Screws & Gill, as well as Beasley Allen Law Firm. Prior to beginning her paralegal career, she worked in a criminal and forensic psychology practice for 11 years. Tara received her Bachelor of Legal Studies from Faulkner University, and she is currently working on her Master’s in Justice Administration. She also serves on Faulkner University’s Legal Studies Advisory Board. In her spare time, Tara enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends.
