Practice Management Assistance Program

The Alabama State Bar’s Practice Management Assistance Program (PMAP) offers confidential law office management advice. PMAP offers strategic tools designed  to help you run your law practice with increased efficiency and profitability.

We’re your go to resource for learning how to manage  an existing firm. We provide information on marketing your firm, trust accounting, ethical practice, member benefit discounts, new technology, and more.

Our director is a licensed Alabama attorney with real world experience running a small law firm in the current era of the practice of law. PMAP strives to stay informed about new technology and best practices to provide a playbook on how to be profitable as a practicing attorney in the real world.
