2024 Law Fellow - Birmingham, AL
The University of Alabama System is accepting applications for a Law Fellow based in Birmingham on the campus of The University of Alabama at Birmingham. This is a full-time, on-site, one-year term position to begin August 12, 2024.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience with legal research and analysis
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
Education/Training/Experience:
- J.D. completed prior to June 2024
- Strong academic record as an undergraduate and law student
This position is open to qualified third-year law students or recent law graduates or judicial clerks. Law Fellows receive a salary of $105,000.00, 15 days of paid all-purpose, non-redeemable leave, and selected benefits, including participation in the UA System medical, dental, and vision plans, life insurance, and the UA System 403(b) retirement plan (non-matching).
