Investigator (Title IX, Title VII, ADA)

Reporting through the Office of Human Resources, this position is responsible for timely conducting, managing, and documenting various investigations, including but not limited to, investigations of complaints of sexual misconduct, discrimination, civil rights, retaliation regarding protected classes, gender-based assault, harassment, violations of UAB policies and procedures, and other regulatory matters. The incumbent will play an important role in the University’s education, prevention, and response efforts related to gender, sex, race, color, national origin, age, religion, disability, veteran status, and other legally protected categories.
