Mid-Level Litigation Associate

The Birmingham office of Holland & Knight has an immediate opportunity for a litigation associate with 4-5 years of law firm experience for its fast-paced, multi-faceted litigation practice group. The ideal candidate should have significant experience with litigation procedure, including drafting motions and experience managing discovery in complex cases. The candidate must have an exceptional academic background, excellent research and writing skills, the ability and desire to interface directly with clients and opposing counsel. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, a deep commitment to client service, community involvement and the ability to multi-task and appropriately prioritize matters is essential.

In accordance with the New York City Human Rights Law, the Colorado Equal Pay Act, and the California Pay Transparency Law, the pay range for this position in New York City, Colorado, and California is $295,000 min – $345,000 max/yr. This range is specific to these three locations and may not be applicable to other locations. An individual’s actual compensation will depend on the individual’s qualifications and experience.
