Annual Meeting Two Weeks (and Two Days) Away

It's almost here! Don't forget, if you aren't attending in person, you can register for the virtual-only track for $99. That ticket includes up to 14 hours of CLE, including one hour of ethics.

Take a glimpse at some of the CLE sessions and speakers on the agenda:

  • Embracing Generational Diversity with Chris DeSantis: Learn how to build mentoring relationships, give and receive feedback, and apply Emotional Intelligence to leading.

  • Cell Phone Tracking for Legal Professionals with Eric Grabski: Learn how an expert uses mobile phone device forensics to assist local and federal agencies on major cases. He has provided expert testimony of cellular location analysis in both state and federal courts.

  • Spy the Lie with Michael Floyd: Hear from a widely recognized and leading authority on interviewing, detection of deception, and elicitation in cases involving criminal activity, personnel screening, and national security issues.

  • Racial Microaggressions in the Legal Profession with Dr. Kuryakin Rucker: Workplace racial discrimination has evolved in the years from blatant discrimination to a subtler, more insidious discrimination. This CLE will explain what microaggressions are, how attorneys of color experience them, and how firms can begin to eliminate microaggressions from their workplaces.

  • Zoom for Attorneys with Autumn Caudell and Morris Lilienthal: Don't be caught with a cat filter on your screen! Learn practical tips and ethical obligations for using video conferencing with clients and judges.

Virtual sessions will be held Thursday, July 15 and Friday, July 16. Register on your dashboard!

The full agenda is on the Annual Meeting page on our website with the virtual track denoted with an asterisk. You can view it here!
