The Martin Law Group, LLC – Attorney Position
This practice is focused on ERISA claims and disability policy claims. It requires a certain aptitude. We need someone:
- Who is teachable and then can work on their own getting to the truth of an issue.
- Who is able to develop a strategy and implement it and obtain the needed evidence.
- Who can present and write about the issues persuasively.
- Who has a passion for helping those in need to achieve some fairness is critical.
- With Federal court litigation experience over 2 years – This is necessary.
- With Medical knowledge would be helpful.
We do travel some as disabled clients do not travel as well. Staffed offices in Tuscaloosa and Mobile, and presently unstaffed offices in Birmingham and Huntsville. Not mandatory to stay in Tuscaloosa although it may help for mentoring for a while.
We pay a reasonable base salary, but then a bonus system based on fees brought in. Good benefits with BC/BS Health, Life, Disability, Vision, and 401(k).
