Bankruptcy Administrator Position Available in the Middle District of Alabama
The United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit is accepting applications for the position of Bankruptcy Administrator for the Middle District of Alabama, stationed in Montgomery.
The Bankruptcy Administrator serves a five-year term and is responsible for matters related to the administration of bankruptcy estates, including supervising trustees, monitoring bankruptcy cases and reports, helping prevent abuses in the bankruptcy system, and performing other duties related to the administration of bankruptcy estates.
The annual salary range is $147,945–$209,600, based on experience and qualifications. Applicants must be attorneys in good standing, have at least three years of active legal practice, and demonstrate strong legal ability, integrity, judgment, temperament, and a commitment to equal justice under law.
