Immigration Paralegal
Join one of Alabama’s largest immigration law firms as a Bilingual Immigration Paralegal and help deliver high-quality, client-centered immigration services. This position will support attorneys handling removal-defense matters, including asylum, cancellation of removal, and other cases before immigration court.

This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for a proactive and highly organized professional who communicates fluently in Spanish and English, works collaboratively, and is passionate about making a positive impact within the immigrant community.
What We’re Looking For:

- Bachelor’s degree, paralegal certificate, or equivalent professional experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys with removal-defense matters, including asylum, cancellation of removal, and other immigration court cases
- Prepare immigration applications, declarations, supporting documentation, and case materials
- Communicate with clients regarding required documents, deadlines, hearings, interviews, and case status
- Assist attorneys and clients in preparing for court hearings and immigration interviews
- Organize client records, evidence, and supporting documentation
- Maintain accurate case notes, deadlines, invoices, and updates in the firm’s case-management system
- Monitor case progress and provide consistent follow-up
- Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and immigration-law training
- Collaborate with attorneys and team members to provide responsive, high-quality client service

On-Site Office Hours:
Monday through Friday: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
