Experienced Attorney
Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated attorney to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong foundation in legal practice who is eager to broaden their skillset and take on a diverse caseload.
The ideal candidate is not only technically proficient, but also adaptable, business-minded, and committed to continuous learning across multiple areas of law.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a dynamic caseload spanning multiple practice areas
- Conduct thorough legal research and develop strategic case approaches
- Draft and review pleadings, motions, contracts, and other legal documents
- Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations
- Provide clear, practical, and results-oriented legal advice
- Collaborate with attorneys and staff to deliver high-quality client service
- Proactively identify opportunities to expand knowledge into additional practice areas
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in Alabama (in good standing)
- Minimum of 3+ years of legal practice experience
- Strong analytical, writing, and advocacy skills
- Proven ability to manage cases independently while contributing to a team environment
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- Willingness and demonstrated ability to learn and work across multiple areas of law
- Portable book of business is a plus, but not required
