Experienced Civil Defense Litigation Associate

Birmingham office of regional firm, Hagwood and Tipton, PC, has an immediate opening for an experienced litigation associate with 2 to 5 years of civil defense litigation experience (e.g., taking depositions, drafting motions, prepping for trial).

Candidate must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and have excellent interpersonal, organizational, research, and communication skills (verbal and written). Additionally, candidate must have strong academic credentials from an accredited law school and be admitted to practice in Alabama.
