Litigation Attorney
About the Opportunity:
Litigation Attorney (5+ Years Experience) – Remote / Hybrid
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Litigation Attorney to join our growing legal team. This position offers flexibility with a remote or hybrid work environment while handling a diverse and engaging caseload. The ideal candidate is confident in managing cases independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a litigation caseload from inception through resolution
- Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda
- Conduct discovery, including depositions and written discovery
- Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and trials
- Develop case strategy and provide risk analysis
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and courts
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Active license in at least one of the following states: Alabama, Mississippi, Florida, or Louisiana
- Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience
- Strong writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Trial experience is a plus
