Part-Time Civil Litigation Attorney

Multi-state law firm seeks Alabama attorney to defend consumer lawsuits in state and federal court and collaborate with non-Alabama attorneys in various states.

Ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of civil litigation experience, be admitted to all Alabama federal courts, and have experience attending motion hearings, taking depositions, crafting discovery requests and responses, managing deadlines, and collaborating with other attorneys. Candidate must be a self-starter and be willing to work remotely.
