Responsibilities
- Prosecute a wide variety of criminal offenses including felonies, misdemeanors, and violations
- Regularly conduct jury trials, bench trials, and other court hearings
- Evaluate, prepare, and present cases to the Mongomery County Grand Jury
- Work closely with law enforcement to investigate and prosecute criminal offenses
- Regularly conduct legal research
- Prepare, present, and argue motions, briefs, and other legal writings

Minimum Requirements
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree
- Must be a member in good standing of the Alabama State Bar
- Must successfully meet the requirements of a criminal history background check
- Trial experience preferred
