Being Prepared, A Lawyer’s Guide for Dealing with Disability or Unexpected Events by Lloyd D. Cohen and Debra Hart Cohen contains all the information and forms you need to put a plan in place that will protect your practice, your clients and your family. And you can get a discount on the price of the book two ways.  Alabama State Bar Members can get a 15% discount by purchasing it through the bar’s website. The ABA is offering free ground shipping on all books ordered through August 31st.  There’s also a discount when you sign up for the teleconference/webcast CLE of the same title to be held Wednesday, August 19th.  The 90 minute teleconference starts at 11:00 a.m. Central time.
