Assistant District Attorney | Alabama State Bar

The 12th Judicial Circuit covering Pike County (Troy) and Coffee County (Enterprise/Elba) has a potential vacancy for a full-time Assistant District Attorney.

This position will be based at our Pike County office. The ADA will be responsible for covering court settings in District, Juvenile, Traffic, and Circuit Court, to include felony jury trials. Routine paperwork, correspondence, and pleading drafting/filing are expected.

Applicants must be a member in good standing of the Alabama State Bar.

At least 3 years of legal experience, with experience in trying felony criminal jury trials (prosecution or defense) is preferred.

Salary is commensurate with experience level.
