Role Description
This is a full-time or part-time on-site role for a Closing Agent located in Mobile, AL. The Closing Agent will be responsible for handling escrow, conducting closings, providing excellent customer service, notarization, and managing title insurance. They will ensure smooth and efficient closing processes, maintain accurate records, and handle any issues that may arise during the closing process. The Closing Agent will also provide assistance with administrative tasks related to closings, such as document preparation and coordination with various parties involved.
Qualifications
- Experience in escrow management, closings, and customer service
- Notary certification
- Familiarity with title insurance processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proficiency in relevant software and technology
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
